We are always looking to expand our network of associates.
We provide workforce wellbeing services – counselling, mediation, training and employee assistance; operating on a UK wide basis through contracted service provision in the public, private and third sectors.
All our counsellors are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions (2018)
If you are interested in working with us and are a BACP/BABCP registered or accredited member or registered with the accredited body associated for your professional status, please submit your CV and supporting statement/covering note in the first instance to [email protected] outlining you skills, expertise, training/CPD and areas of specialism that you treat. When completing your supporting statement/note please do refer to our role requirements
- Our Clinical Director, Elaine Adams, will arrange to have a clinical discussion with you in the first instance.
- We will ask you to provide evidence of your BACP membership status and professional insurance.
- If you are successful following this discussion, we would be delighted to welcome you to our network and we will then take you through the finishing stages of our ‘working with NOSS‘ and ‘Welcome and Induction’ processes, which follow BACP guidelines.
