We operate under the code of conduct of the BACP. However information on this web site may vary slightly according to the organisation you work for.  If you require further clarity please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Will it cost me anything to use NOSS Ltd?

No, Counselling by NOSS Ltd. is free to all staff employed by participating organisations.

How do I contact NOSS Ltd?

Telephone: 01978 780479 or email support@noss.uk.com giving your own name, the name of the organisation you work for, and a number where you can be contacted in confidence or a message can be safely left.

Who will know I have seen a counsellor?

No-one unless you choose to tell them. NOSS counsellors do not tell anyone you have been seen by them other than with your express permission.

What records will be kept about me?

Information is gathered for statistics i.e. age, gender and nature of presenting problem. If this concerns you, discuss it with your NOSS counsellor.

Does my manager have to know I am using NOSS Ltd?

No.  NOSS is completely confidential.

Can my manager refer me to NOSS?

Yes. However, as counselling represents assistance, it is important that whatever the source of your referral, you are a willing participant.
