The Network of Staff Supporters Ltd’s (NOSS Ltd.) Head Office is based in Bangor on Dee, on the Welsh/Cheshire border and has clients covering large tracks of England and the whole of Wales.
We have been established over ten years. Our Associates have a wealth of experience from both the private and public sectors.
We help people to stay mentally and physically healthy at work particularly in stress related circumstances. We liaise closely with the departments to deal with and resolve issues that may arise e.g. bullying, workload assessments, communication problems and team issues. We achieve this by using one to one counselling, either at the workplace or at a neutral, mutually agreed location, on work related issues. By skilful listening and questioning, we help individuals to recognise, accept and deal with issues that affect their well being at work. In some cases group work is required to resolve a work place problem. We also achieve this by mediation i.e. negotiating a method of resolving inter-person problems, in order for an effective work environment to be constructed and maintained.
