The Network of Staff Supporters Ltd. has significant experience working within the NHS and Emergency Services together with blue chip companies and the transport industry.
We are an independent organisation based in Bangor on Dee, on the Welsh/Cheshire border. We were established ten years ago. We cover the country from London to Leeds and all of Wales. Our organization and its Associates bring with them a wealth of experience from both the Private and Public sectors.
Our role is to support people in the workplace when they are experiencing issues that have become individually stressful. We help people to stay healthy at work in stress related circumstances. We also liaise with the relevant Departments to eradicate issues that may arise, for example, bullying, workload assessments and communication issues.
